Ingredients

  • 90 g farfale
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 75 g asparagus
  • some salt
  • some black

Method

  1. 1. Cook 90 g farfale in salted water until al dente ().
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 1 tsp flour to make a roux.
  3. 3. Add sliced 100 g mushrooms and chopped 75 g asparagus .
  4. 4. Cook until mushrooms release liquid and sauce thickens ().
  5. 5. Season with some salt and some black pepper.
  6. 6. Stir to combine with pasta.
