Ingredients

  • 80 g linguine pastas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 30 g honey flavored yogurt from greek gods
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 0.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 20 g pickle
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1. Cook 80 g linguine pastas in salted water until al dente ().
  2. 2. In a skillet over low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter .
  3. 3. Stir in 1 tsp flour to make a roux. Cook for .
  4. 4. Whisk in 1-2 tbsp of 30 g honey flavored yogurt from greek gods , just enough for slight creaminess.
  5. 5. Add a splash of water or pasta cooking water to loosen sauce.
  6. 6. Season with some salt , some black pepper, and optional 0.5 tsp soy sauce for umami depth.
  7. 7. Toss pasta in sauce until evenly coated.
  8. 8. Top with sliced 20 g pickle and a sprinkle of 1 tsp black sesame seeds .
