Crispy Beef Tacos with Radish Slaw

Ingredients

  • 150 g beef roast
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 2 item low-carb tortillas
  • 50 g radish
  • 30 g carrots
  • 0.5 item lime

Method

  1. 1. Warm shredded leftover 150 g beef roast in skillet with some salt and some black pepper.
  2. 2. Warm two 2 item low-carb tortillas on skillet until lightly crisp ( per side).
  3. 3. Thinly slice 50 g radish and mix with shredded 30 g carrots .
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by placing beef onto tortillas, then topping with radish and carrot mix.
  5. 5. Drizzle tacos lightly with juice of fresh 0.5 item lime .
