Ingredients

  • 150 g beef roast
  • 160 g rice
  • 75 g asparagus
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g celery
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp punkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method

  1. 1. Reheat sliced leftover 150 g beef roast in skillet.
  2. 2. Steam 160 g rice until tender ().
  3. 3. Cook chopped 75 g asparagus , sliced 50 g carrots , and sliced 50 g celery in skillet with 1 tsp butter until tender ().
  4. 4. Assemble bowl with rice as base, topped with beef and vegetables.
  5. 5. Sprinkle bowl lightly with toasted 1 tbsp punkin seeds .
  6. 6. Drizzle lightly with 1 tbsp soy sauce .
