Mini Steak Wrap & Yogurt Snack

Ingredients

  • 50 g filet mignon
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 1 item low-carb tortilla
  • 30 g pickle
  • 50 g celery
  • 50 g radish
  • 150 g honey-flavored Greek yogurt

Method

  1. 1. Season 50 g filet mignon with some salt and some black pepper.
  2. 2. Sear steak quickly in a hot skillet ( total).
  3. 3. Warm 1 item low-carb tortilla briefly.
  4. 4. Place cooked steak and sliced 30 g pickle onto tortilla.
  5. 5. Roll tortilla into wrap.
  6. 6. Slice fresh 50 g celery and 50 g radish into sticks to serve alongside wrap.
  7. 7. Serve 150 g honey-flavored Greek yogurt separately as dessert.
