Ingredients

  • 120 g salmon
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 160 g rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 75 g mushrooms
  • 75 g carrots
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 100 g asparagus

Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place 120 g salmon onto a baking tray.
  3. 3. Season salmon with some salt and some black pepper.
  4. 4. Sprinkle salmon with 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds .
  5. 5. Bake salmon for , until cooked through.
  6. 6. Steam 160 g rice until tender ().
  7. 7. Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet over medium heat.
  8. 8. Add sliced 75 g mushrooms and sliced 75 g carrots .
  9. 9. Cook vegetables for , until tender.
  10. 10. Season vegetables with some salt and some black pepper.
  11. 11. Roast 100 g asparagus in oven alongside salmon ().
