Ingredients

  • 120 g salmon
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 160 g rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 75 g mushrooms
  • 75 g carrots
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 100 g asparagus
  • some salt

Method

  1. 1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Season 120 g salmon with some salt and some black pepper.
  3. 3. Sprinkle salmon with 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds .
  4. 4. Place salmon into air fryer basket.
  5. 5. Air fry salmon at 380°F (190°C) for , until cooked through.
  6. 6. Steam 160 g rice until tender ().
  7. 7. Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet over medium heat.
  8. 8. Add sliced 75 g mushrooms and sliced 75 g carrots .
  9. 9. Cook vegetables for , until tender.
  10. 10. Season vegetables with some salt and some black pepper.
  11. 11. Toss 100 g asparagus lightly with some salt .
  12. 12. Place asparagus into air fryer basket after removing salmon.
  13. 13. Air fry asparagus at 380°F (190°C) for , shaking halfway through.
