Beef & Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 120 g beef roast
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 50 g celery
  • 50 g asparagus
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • some black

Method

  1. 1. Slice leftover 120 g beef roast thinly.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tsp butter in skillet.
  3. 3. Add sliced 100 g mushrooms , sliced 50 g celery , and chopped 50 g asparagus .
  4. 4. Cook vegetables , until tender.
  5. 5. Add sliced beef to vegetables, cook until warmed through.
  6. 6. Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and freshly ground some black pepper.
