Easy Beef Roast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 150 g beef roast
  • 2 slice bread
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 30 g pickle
  • 30 g radish

Method

  1. 1. Warm sliced leftover 150 g beef roast .
  2. 2. Toast two slices of preferred 2 slice bread .
  3. 3. Spread thin layer of 1 tsp butter on toasted bread slices.
  4. 4. Place beef onto one slice.
  5. 5. Add sliced 30 g pickle and sliced fresh 30 g radish on top of beef.
  6. 6. Close sandwich and slice in half diagonally.
