Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • 0.75 oz crème de violette
  • 0.75 oz triple sec
  • 0.75 oz orange juice
  • 1 egg white
  • some ice

Method

  1. 1. Add 0.75 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin , 0.75 oz crème de violette , 0.75 oz triple sec , freshly squeezed 0.75 oz orange juice , and 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. 2. Dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a foam with the egg white.
  3. 3. Add some ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. 4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass .
