Ingredients

  • 160 g rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 75 g mushrooms
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g celery

Method

  1. 1. Steam 160 g rice until tender.
  2. 2. Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet.
  3. 3. Add sliced 75 g mushrooms , 50 g carrots , and 50 g celery .
  4. 4. Cook for , until soft and lightly browned.
  5. 5. Serve vegetables over steamed rice.
