Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 120 g salmon filet
  • some salt
  • some black
  • 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 160 g rice
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g asparagus
  • 1 tsp butter

Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place 120 g salmon filet on baking sheet.
  3. 3. Season with some salt and some black pepper. Sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds .
  4. 4. Bake for , or until cooked through.
  5. 5. Steam 160 g rice until tender ().
  6. 6. Cook sliced 50 g carrots and chopped 50 g asparagus in skillet with 1 tsp butter until tender.
  7. 7. Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and vegetables.
